Pancreatic Insulinoma (Hepatic Metastasis)

 Clinical Manifestations: patient operated 11 years ago for pancreatic insulinoma (corporeocaudeal splenopancreatectomy) is registered for Whipple triad reappearing. In the image the patient in the hypoglycemiant coma.
Clinic: pacient operat în urmă cu 11 ani pentru insulinom pancreatic (splenopancreatectomie corporeocaudală ) este internat pentru reapariția triadei Whipple. În imagine pacientul în comă hipoglicemică. 
CT scan: unhomogenous liver with multiple hypo dense formations.
Tomografia computerizată: ficat neomogen cu multiple formațiuni hipodense.
 
Operation: exploratory laparoscopy which make evidence the hepatic metastasis and biopsy. 
Operația: laparoscopie exploratorie cu evidențierea metastazelor hepatice și biopsie.
The needle used for biopsy and the biopsy piece. 
Acul folosit și piesa de biopsie.
 
Hystopathological Exam: insulinoma metastasis.
Examen histopatologic: metastaze de insulinom.
